What do I wear to T.H.E. Night?

Suggested attire for the evening is cocktail, business casual, or festive/dressy night out

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Maybe. We are getting close to capacity, so we may sell out in advance. We encourage you to buy your ticket now so you don’t miss out!

Where is T.H.E. Night?

Where do I park?

Parking is limited. We encourage you to take the light rail or use ridesharing. Building is a 5-minute walk from either the Bland or Carson light rail stations. There is limited parking in front of the building, and several paid lots in the area, including one directly behind the building (AirGarage). 

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The venue is at street level and the entrance and restrooms are fully accessible. 

What can I expect during T.H.E. Night?

There will be food, drinks, a slideshow, silent auction, DJ, and dancing throughout the evening. There will be a short program emceed by Charlotte’s own “Self Made Man” Shaine Laine. 

What precautions are being taken for COVID?

We kindly requests guests be fully vaccinated. Masks are welcome, but not required. 

How do I bid on the silent auction?

Bidding opens at 12:00pm on October 20th and ends at 8:30 pm on October 22nd. More details coming soon!

What is being served?

Enjoy heavy hors d'oeuvres from Your Custom Catering. We will have an open bar of beer, wine, vodka, and non-alcoholic beverages. 

If I am unable to attend, how do I make a donation?

Thank you! You can donate online through the event website, silent auction page, or Paypal. 

Can I transfer my ticket to another person if I get sick and/or am unable to attend?

Yes. Please email thenight@charlottetranshealth.org and we will assist you.
